 This modern ball end nose ring is made from 18 gauge fine silver. Fine silver is 99.9% pure silver. 

This lightweight hoop, comes with a choice of 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm and 13mm inner diameter. The ball end is approximately 2.5-3mm.

To put in, with a gentle twist motion, pull gently in opposite directions, moving one end up, and the other end down, so hoop will keep its shape, as shown in the photo.
