The silver moons are approximately 6 mm in length or 15/64ths of an inch, and approximately 5 mm or 13/64ths of an inch in width. The silver stars measure approximately 5 mm or 13/64 of an inch, and the posts are approximately 9.5 mm in length or 3/8ths of an inch. 

They come with sterling silver ear stoppers. All metal used is sterling silver.
